I have interest in Fisheries science especially the ecology, physiology, pathology and genetics of fish, fisheries and their habitats. I have also an experience on some basic knowledge in environmental microbiology regarding the collection and preparation of samples, culturing method and testing sensitivity to antimicrobial substances of environmental samples and of operation of Real Time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. I can also analyze and interpret the ecological data by using R programming, Paleontological Statistics (PAST) version 3.0 software, PRIMER v7 and SPSS (version 20.0) software.
