Biography
Dr. Ming-Kuan Tsai is an Assistant Research Fellow at Research Center for Hazard Mitigation and Prevention, National Central University, Taiwan. His research focused on Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Disaster Management, and Information Technology. He has published 21 articles in journals, as well as 28 papers in conferences. He is member of editorial board in journals such as Radical Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology, International Journal of Intelligent Information Systems, International Journal of Mechanical Science and Civil Engineering, and Scientia Research Library. He is also serving as reviewer in journals such as Construction Management and Economics, Automation in Construction (SCI and EI), Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, Journal of Civil Engineering and Management, Advanced Engineering Informatics (SCI and EI), and American Journal of Software Engineering and Applications.
