Dr. Wen-Hong Liu is a Professor of Department of Fisheries Production and Management, National Kaohsiung Marine University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He is also a Director of Centre on Marine Affairs Studies. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Department of Environmental Biology and Fisheries Science at National Taiwan Ocean University at Keelung, Taiwan in 2006. He was a Visiting Scholar at Marine and Coastal Environmental Group, Cardiff University in 2005 and 2010. His research areas include Marine Spatial Planning, Coastal Management, and Fisheries Management. He has published papers in Marine Policy, Ocean and Coastal Management, Coastal Management, Sustainable Development, Fisheries Science, Journal of Public Administration, and China Oceans Law Review. He used to be Guest Editors of journal of Coastal Management, and journal of Maritime Policy and Management.
