Dr. Turker Ince is an Associate Professor and Head of Department at Izmir University of Economics, Turkey. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts, USA. His main area of interest focuses on Computer Sciences, Remote Sensing, Evolutionary Optimization, and Machine Learning. His area of expertise includes Remote Sensing, Evolutionary Optimization, Biomedical Signal Processing, Electromagnetic Target Classification, Radar Signal Processing, Machine Learning, and SAR Image Classification.
