Biography
Dr. Pradeep Chaudhry is working as Additional PCCF in the office of PCCF, Itanagar, and Arunachal Pradesh, India. He obtained his PhD in Forest Management from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, India in 2006. His working experience in education field was Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering Department at Technical Teachers Training Institute, during 1985-86 for one and half years. In Forest Administration and Management Field he worked as Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) in Arunachal Pradesh during 1988-1991, Deputy Conservator of Forests (DCF) in Regional office, MoEF, Chandigarh (UT) during 1991-1995, Deputy Conservator of Forests (DCF) and Conservator of Forests (CF) in Andaman & Nicobar Islands in different spells during 1995-2005, and in Forestry Research Field he worked as DCF and CF in Arid Forest Research Institute, Jodhpur, Rajasthan in different spells during 1998-2010 served as Head of Silviculture division, Conservator of Forests (Administration) and Group Coordinator (Research) in the institute. He has published 29 articles in refereed national and international scientific journals, 10 papers in magazine/books/news letter, 11 presentations.
