Dr. Ravi Kant is currently working as Assistant Professor at Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Education from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, India. His main area of interest related to Social Science, Education, E-education, Emotional Intelligence, and Work Motivation. He has published 25 research articles in journals as author/co-author.
