Dr. R. Balu is currently working as Faculty member of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science from same University. Dr. R. Balu received honors includes Young Scientist Award-Venus International Foundation-2015, Chennai, Gratefully Awarded in Appreciation for being Faculty, Society of Indian Radiographers (Tamilnadu & Pondicherry Chapters) presented Appreciation Award, Bharathiar University presented Appreciation Award, and Highly Commended in PhD Computer Science Degree. He has published 2 books, 7 research articles in journals, and 12 conference papers contributed as author/co-author. He also delivered number of invited talks. He is also serving as member of Program Committee on International Conference, and Reviewer Board on International Conferences. He is associate Editor of the International Journal of Research in Computers and member of editorial board in number of journals. He is also serving as reviewer for Journal of Information Systems Education, Global Journal of Researches in Engineering, International Online Multidisciplinary Journal and many others. He also participated in number of conferences, seminars and workshops. He is professional member of Institute of Electrical, Electronics Engineers, Association for Computing Machinery, Institution of Engineering and Technology, International Association of Engineers, Computer Science Society, International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universal Association of Computer and Electronics Engineers, International Association of Online Engineering, International Research Association of Computer Science & Technology, Digital Information and Wireless Communications, Internet History Society, South Asia Institute of Science and Engineering, Asia-Pacific, and Open Association of Research Society. He also guided 145 students.
