Biography

Dr S. Girish Patil is currently working as Senior Scientist at National Research Centre on Pig Rani, India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Livestock Products Technology from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, India. His main area of interest focuses on Animal and Veterinary Sciences. His area of expertise includes Meat Science, Meat Trace-ability and Meat Species Identification. He has 38 publications in journals contributed as author/co-author.
