Biography

Dr. Prabudh Goel is currently working as Assistant Professor of Pediatric Surgery, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. He has completed his MBBS from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. Previously he was appointed as Assistant Professor at King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, India, Senior Research Associate at CSIR-HRDG and Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya (Affiliated to Maulana Azad Medical College), Delhi, and Senior Resident at Lady Hardinge Medical College and Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Prabudh received honors includes awarded the Sri Sant Saran Nigam Memorial Gold Medal in Forensic Medicine and Jurisprudence, awarded the U.C. Chakraborty Award including a citation, gold medal and a cash prize of INR 1000 for the outstanding clinical or the experimental research work in the field of Pediatric Surgery, Awarded the Best Paper Award in Solid Tumors including a citation, token and a cash prize of INR 2500, and awarded the Pune Gastroenterology Award. He has published 27 research articles in journals as well as 7 books and 7 book chapters contributed as author/co-author. He also delivered number of presentations in national and international conferences. He is life time member of Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Delhi Chapter of Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Uttar Pradesh-Uttarakhand Chapter of Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Indian Society of Pediatric Urology, Pediatric Endoscopic Surgeons Group of India, and member of International College of Surgeons-Indian Section. He is also serving as reviewer for number of journals.
