Biography
Mr. Raja Chakraverty is presently working as Professor in Pharmaceutical Technology at Bengal School of Technology, Sugandha, Delhi Road, Hooghly, West Bengal. He has obtained his M.Pharm in Pharmacology from West Bengal University of Technology, India. He also appointed as Assistant Professor at Bengal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research. His main area of interest focuses on Study of Natural products and its standardization and characterization, Pharmacovigilance of Herbal Drugs, Inflammation Pharmacology and understanding its underlying Mechanistic basis, Preclinical screening of Antidiabetic drugs, Understanding the mechanisms of Animal models of disease, and Understanding Pain research. He is also serving as member of editorial board and reviewer for number of journals such as American Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, American Journal of Pharmacology and Phytotherapy, Iranian Journal of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, International Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Advancement in Medicinal Plant Research, IOSR Journal of Pharmacy, Albert Science International Organization (ASIO) Journal, Journal of Fundamental Research, Journal of Advanced Pharmaceutical Sciences, Journal of Diseases and Medicinal Plants, Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, and Journal of Harmonised Research Publications. Mr. Raja received honors includes five Best Paper Awards in the Poster session various National level of Seminar/ Conference, and secured 2nd position in National Elocution Competition from West Bengal. He is member of Indian Pharmacological Society, Toxicological Society of India, and Institutional Animal Ethical Committee.
