Biography
Dr. Jitender Singh is currently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Immunology, College of Biotechnology, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Modipuram, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Botany from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, India. He is life member of Indian Virology Society, Indian Phytopathology Society, and Society for Recent Development in Agriculture. He is also serving as reviewer for manuscripts submitted to Australian Journal of Crop Sciences, Australia. He also conducted number of training courses. He was awarded first prize for poster paper presentation, and Awarded International Training program by Indian Council of Agriculture Research under NAIP at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. He has published 17 research articles in journals, and 25 abstracts contributed as author/co-author. He successfully completed 3 research projects as Co-coordinator and Co-Principal Investigator.
