Biography
Dr. Naveed Akhtar is currently working as Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences & Chief Editor NJMT at National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad. He has completed his Ph.D. in Management Science from same University. His main area of interest focuses on Business Management and Accounting. His main area of expertise includes Organizational Learning, Learning organization, Strategy, Strategic Management, Human Resource management, Strategic Human Resource management, Human resource development, Strategic Human Resource development, Organizational Behavior, Work-family life, Work-family life imbalance, Training and Development, Organization Development, Change Management, Motivation, Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Mental Models, Team Learning/ work, Mission, and Vision.
