Ebtesam Najim Al-Shemmary, born in Najif in Iraq, 1974. DR. Ebtesam received MSc. and Ph.D. from Computer and Control Engineering Dept./ Mechatronics Engineering from University of Technology, Baghdad, 1999 and 2007. She is IT-RDC manager in University of Kufa. Her general specialization is Computer and Control Engineering and specific specialization is Mechatronics Engineering (Robotics and Image Processing). She is especially well known for profound contributions to different fields of computer programs, biometrics and automatic identification system. Dr.Al-Shemmary interesting research are statistical analysis for health, medicine studies and information technology. She has some research in international and local journal in different fields of computer science. Dr.Al-Shemmary worked as rapporteur of computer department of the faculty of Education for Girls in, University of Kufa in Iraq. Also, she is a member in many committes in Kufa University, like scientific committee, examination committee. Dr. Al-Shemmary is a member of Editorial and Reviewer Board of International Journal of Electronics and Computer Science Engineering (IJECSE). Also Dr. Al-Shemmary is a member of Reviewer Board of European Journal of Science and Engineering (EJSE) and member of Editorial Board of International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Information Technology (IJACSIT). Newly Dr. Alshemmary is an International Advisory Board of International Journal of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Science Engineering (IJEECSE).
