Dr. Saeed Ahmed Al-Rashdy obtained his Ph.D. in Communication and Information Systems Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China. Previously he was worked as Engineer & Researcher at Communication Research Center (CRC), Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China and Teacher of Communication and Electronics Department in Howban Institute of Technology, Taiz, Yemen. He has 5 publications in journals. He has in-depth knowledge WiMAX operations, designs and wireless network deployment, extensive knowledge of VLAN, TCP/IP, SIP, Matlab and network Protocol, and sound knowledge of optical network routers, microwave, FSO, optical networking and copper backhaul elements, and Familiar with +/-24 and 48 volt DC power distribution systems.
