Biography

Dr. Shahin Shadnia is currently working as Associate Professor of Clinical Toxicology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, and Head of Intensive Care Unit and Drug & Poison Information Center, Loghman Hakim Hospital Poison Center, Iran. He obtained his Ph.D. in Clinical Toxicology from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. His area of expertise includes Pesticide poisoning, Organophosphorus Poisoning, Aluminium Phosphide Poisoning, Opioid Poisoning, Tramadol Poisoning, Methadone Poisoning, Buprenorphine Poisoning, Addiction, Stimulants Poisoning, Corrosives Poisoning, Carbon Monoxide Poisoning, Alcohol Poisoning, Ethanol Poisoning, Methanol Poisoning, Ethylene Glycol Poisoning, Sedative-Hypnotics Poisoning, Antipsychotics Poisoning, Acetaminophen Poisoning, Salicylates Poisoning, Antidepressants Poisoning, Digitals Poisoning, Calcium Channel Blockers Poisoning, Beta Blockers Poisoning, Acid-Base, Critical Care, and Epidemiology of Poisoning.
