Ms. Huisuo Huang is Ph.D. Student in Food Sciences from University of Missouri, USA. She has obtained her MS from University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. She is member of Institute of Food Technologists, National Environmental Health Association, Poultry Science Association, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is article reviewer for Journal of China Food Additive. Previously she was appointed as R&D Manager Assistant at Hebei Food Additive Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang, China, Graduate Research Assistant at Animal Science Department, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, and Junior Scientist at Department of Medicinal Chemistry, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. Currently she is working as Graduate Research Assistant at Food Science Department, University of Missouri. She has published 6 research articles in journals as well as 7 poster presentations in symposiums and conferences.
