Biography

Dr. Kamal Ahmed Mohammed Abo-Elyousr is currently working as Professor in Plant Pathology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Assiut University, Assiut. He has completed his Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from same University and Post Doctorate Research Fellow from Institute for Biological Control, JKI institutes, 64287 Darmstadt, Germany. His main area of interest focuses on Biological Control of Bacterial Plant Disease, Biological control of Soil Borne Diseases (Phytopathogenic bacteria and plant fungal disease), and induced Resistance in Plant against Bacterial and Fungal Diseases by different compounds. He is member of Egyptian Phytopathological Society, and Arab Society for Plant Protection. He is author and co-author of 49 journal articles.
