Scientific work and activities: He got his M.Sc from Genetics Department, University of Alexandria, Egypt, 1998. He got a fellowship from Germany in 1999 to receive the Ph.D in Germany. From the Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics, University of Goettingen, Germany, he received his Ph.D on November 2003. He published about 84 articles published in Google Scholar with H index equal 15 and total citation about 528 in which 68 of them published in Scopus with H index equal 11 and total citation about 326.
