Dr. Shawky completed his Ph.D. in Plant Ecology, Flora and Taxonomy at the University of Mansoura at Mansoura, Egypt. He went on to establish and lead the efforts of Plant Ecology as a researcher in Desert Research Center. Dr. shawky has been the expert of Ecology Plant genetic resources of AOAD, an Arabic Organization for Agriculture Development focused on developing the natural environment.
