Biography

Dr. Mohammed Aliyu-Paiko is currently working as Senior Lecturer of Biochemistry at Biochemistry Department, IBB University, Nigeria. He has completed his Ph.D. in Aquatic Animal Nutrition and Biotechnology from IBB University, Nigeria. His main area of interest focuses on Aquatic Animals Nutrition, Probiotics/Prebiotics, Biotechnology, and Fish Diseases. His area of expertise includes Aquaculture, Biochemistry, Diet Formulation, Fish Nutrition, Protein Metabolism, Feeding, Fish Diseases, Lipids Metabolism, Immune Response, Probiotics, Fatty Acid Metabolism, Prebiotics, Freshwater Species, Biotechnology Digestibility, Gene Regulation Proteomics, Enzymology, and Genomics. He is author and co-author of 16 journal papers.
