Biography

Ms. Hairulliza Mohamad Judi is currently working as Senior Lecturer Faculty of Information Sciences and Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia. She has completed her M.Sc. (Hons.) in Quality and Productivity Improvement from same University. Her main area of interest focuses on Computer Sciences. Her area of expertise includes Usability Evaluation, Quality Measurement, Multimedia Learning Application, and Service Science. She has published 26 research articles in journals as well as 34 conference papers, 6 chapters in book and 3 technical reports contributed as author/co-author.
