Biography

Dr. Tjoon Tow Teng holds a position of Professor at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has completed his D.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Universite de Montreal, Canada. He also appointed as Research Associate at University of Alberta, Lecturer and Associate Professor at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He successfully completed 22 research projects. He is author and co-author of 191 journal papers. He is also serving as reviewer for more than 75 national international journals. He also presented number of presentations in national and international journals. He also supervised 33 higher degree students. His research areas include properties of Multicomponent Aqueous Solutions, Acid Gas Removal, and Wastewater Treatment Technology.
