Biography

Dr. Muhammet Turkoglu holds a position of Associate Professor at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Marine Science and Technology Faculty, Terzioglu Campus, Turkey. He has completed his Ph.D. in Hydrobiology from same University. His main area of interest focuses on Environmental Sciences, and Life Sciences (Planktology). His area of expertise includes Marine Biology, Marine Plankton, Marine Phytoplankton, Marine Zooplankton, Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs), Nutrient, Chlorophylla, Eutrophication, Marine Pollution, Heavy Metal Pollution, Climatic Change, Global Warming, Primary Production, Diatoms, Dinoflagellates, Coccolithophores, Silicoflagellates, Blue Green Algae, and Algal Toxins. He has published 18 research articles in journals, 26 national and international conference papers, 1 chapter in book, 31 proceedings, and 4 other publication and 15 projects reports contributed as author/co-author.
