Biography

Dr. Selman Karayilmazlar is currently holds the academic position of Professor at Bartin University, Faculty of Forestry, Department of Forest Industrial Engineering. He earned his PhD in Business Administration, Quantitative Techniques from Istanbul University, Turkey. Previously he was appointed as Research Assistant and Assistant Professor at Karadeniz Technical University, and Associate Professor at University of Zonguldak Karaelmas. He has completed 11 research projects as project manager. Dr. Selman has published 44 research articles in national and international journals contributed as author/co-author. He also delivered number of presentation in national and international scientific meeting. His main area of research interest focuses on Operation Research, Quantitative Techniques, Management, Business Administration, and Statistics.
