Biography

Seher Dirican completed his primary and secondary education in Muğla, Turkey. He is currently working as Associate Professor at the University of Sivas Cumhuriyet in Turkey. Dr. Scientist received his Doctoral degree or PhD on Marine-Inland Water Sciences and Technology from the University of Ege in Turkey.
