Biography

Mr. Nikhil Baban Ghate is currently working as Senior Research Fellow at Bose Institute, India. He has completed his M.Sc./M.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology from University of Pune, Pune, India. He is dynamic research Biologist/Chemist with exposure in free Radical Imbalance and the Pathological Consequences thereof. His area of research interest focuses on different aspects of Alternative Medicines with special emphasis on Development of Anticancer as well as Anti-Inflammatory Drugs. He has hands-on experience on In-vitro as well as In-vivo techniques, and 3+ years of lab‐based training in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology and Biochemistry of Cancer Prognosis and Therapeutics, Esp. Alternative Approaches. He also worked on 3 research projects. He has published 23 research articles in journals and 9 research achievement published in news media contributed as author/co-author. He is also serving as peer reviewer for Pharmaceutical Biology and BMC Biological Research.
