Biography

I am presently working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Management in Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad, Haryana. I have done PhD in Management, MBA in Human Resource, and B.Tech in Electronics & Communication. I have authored 2 books. I have been able to publish and present more than 82 research papers in International and National journals and conferences. I am also serving as an editorial member in 9 International Journals.
