Dr. Gulzar Ahmad Nayik is currently working as Research Scholar at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, India. He obtained his PhD in Food Technology from same Institute. His main area of interest related to Honey, Functional Foods, Bioactive Compounds, Food Rheology, Food Chemistry, Cereal Technology, Statistical Analysis, PCA, LDA. He has published 4 articles in journals, 1 book chapter, and 9 articles in Food & Beverage News (India’s First Magazine for Food & Beverage Industry), and 3 abstracts contributed as author/co-author. He is member of Association of Food Scientist and Technologist India. He also serving member of editor board and reviewer for 26 international journals. He also received Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF-2013-14) from University Grant Commission, New Delhi, India.
