Biography

Dr. Kaizar Hossain is presently working as Associate Professor in Environmental Science and Technology. He completed his PhD in Environmental Science and Technology from GITAM University in 2013. He has a broad background in psychology, with specific training and expertise in key research areas for this application. As a postdoctoral fellow under USM-TWAS, he carried out bioremediation technology for wastewater treatment. He has a demonstrated record of accomplished and productive research projects in an area of high relevance for pollution mitigation, and my expertise and experience have prepared me to lead the proposed project. His prior work experience includes Teaching Assistant, Assistant Professor, Head of The Department and Faculty Coordinator in GITAM University Hyderabad, India and in PACE institute of Technology & Sciences, India. His area of research is Remediation Technology for pollution mitigation & environmental monitoring (air, water & soil). He has published 04 national and 28 international articles in journals. He is the author of 01 book in the book name is “Vulnerability Analysis of Ambient Air Quality in Industrial Zone”. He acts as the panel of expert and active technical, Advisory board member and editorial board member of many journals. He is also the Life member of National Association.
