Biography

Dr. Seyed Rohollah Hoseini Vaez is working as Faculty member in Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Qom, Qom, Iran. He obtained his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from same University. His main area of interest related to Physical Science Engineering, Civil Engineering; Structural Engineering; and Earthquake Engineering. His area of expertise includes Structural Engineering, Seismic Base Isolation, Earthquake Engineering, Risk Analysis, Near-Fault Ground Motions, Design of Tall Buildings, Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), and Artificial Intelligence (Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms. He has published more than 37 research papers in journals as author/co-author.
