Biography

Dr. Mohamed Mansour El-Loly is currently working as Researcher Professor in Dairy Science Department, National Research Centre. He Graduated from Al-Azher University in 1980, with B.Sc. in Agriculture, and Awarded the M.Sc. at 1987 and Ph.D. 1996 thesis from Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University in field of Dairy Science Chemistry and Technology. He also participated in number projects as Principal Investigator. He supervised many graduate students of the masters and doctoral. He has published 33 papers in National and International Journals in the field of Dairy Chemistry and Technology. He is member of Scientific Societies such as The Egyptian Society of Dairy Science, The Egyptian Society of Food Science, and The Egyptian Society of Animal Production. He also participated as a member of the judging panel and evaluation of the manuscripts submitted for publication in scientific journals in the dairy field, member of committee for the oral exam qualifying for the Philosophy Doctorate Degree in Food Science Department, and member of the judging panel on many Thesiss of M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Dairy, Food Science Departments Faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University. He is member of organizing committee for Egyptian Conference in Dairy Science and Technology, Cairo, Egypt, and for Egyptian Symposium in Dairy Science and Technology, Cairo, Egypt.
