Biography

Dr. Mallikarjuna Nadagouda is currently working as Physical Scientist at US Environmental Protection Agency, Cincinnati, OH. He obtained his PhD in Analytical Chemistry in Gulbarga University, India. He is also working as Adjunct Professor at Wright State University, Mechanical & Materials Engineering, Thesis Committee Member, at University of Cincinnati. His working experience include, Research Fellow at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore India, Visiting Scientist at Karnataka University, Dharwad, India, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at General Electric R & D center, Bangalore India, and in University of Texas, Dallas, Analytical Materials Scientist at Pegasus Technical Services, Cincinnati. His research interest include green chemistry, nanomaterials and nanocomposites, analytical chemistry, water chemistry, drug delivery, polymer membranes, polymer blends, solid coatings/weathering studies, solid state chemistry, luminescent materials, conducting polymers and water purifications. He is also a member of editorial board in number of journals and also reviewer in international journals. He supervised 1 PhD, 3 MSc, 2 bachelor and 8 high school students. He has published (153) research articles in journals, (4) chapters in books, (5) patents, and (30) papers in conferences as author/co-author.
