Dr. Gantait is currently working as Assistant Professor at Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, West Bengal, India. His main area of research interest focuses on Plant Organ, Tissue, Cell and Protoplast Culture, Conservation of Germplasm through Cryopreservation and Encapsulation Technology, Plant Breeding towards improved Qualitative and Qualitative Traits.
